Job summary

Global Behavior Education Alliance, LLC is seeking an Director of Operations to oversee the daily functions of our ABA clinic and ensure high standards of care, compliance, and performance. You will drive operational excellence and growth across clinical, administrative, and financial activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, client engagement, and rigorous process improvement within a supportive, collaborative team environment in the Tennessee/Kentucky region.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of operations management or related leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Previous ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership aligned with mission and values.
• Develop and implement growth strategies with leadership.
• Motivate and manage BT/RBT and other staff.
• Serve as client-care lead with families and stakeholders.
• Conduct facility tours and maintain referral relationships.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and service delivery.
• Ensure licensing, audits, and quality improvement.
• Approve budgets and monitor center finances.
• Oversee onboarding and staff training.
• Ensure accurate reporting (daily to quarterly).
• Supervise ABA technicians; report to Operations Director.
