Global Behavior Education Alliance, LLC seeks a Director of Operations to oversee ABA clinic daily functions—clinical, administrative and financial operations—while upholding high care standards and compliance.

The role leads growth strategy, client engagement, scheduling, reporting, budgeting and staff development, with emphasis on safety and quality processes.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years in operations management, strong leadership, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of operations management or related leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking tools.
• ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations aligned with the clinic's mission and values.
• Collaborate to develop growth strategies and improve workflows.
• Motivate and manage BT/RBT and other staff.
• Serve as client-care liaison with families and stakeholders.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and service delivery.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality assurance.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight.
• Onboard and train staff; support crisis intervention.
• Oversee recruiting and referral flow to optimize center operations.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and emergency care readiness.
