You will drive strategic growth, manage a diverse team, and ensure efficient service delivery, scheduling, and documentation while upholding safety and quality standards across the center.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in operations management is required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership aligned with GBE's mission and values.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Motivate and manage high-performing BT/RBT and other employees.
• Act as lead client-care officer through direct contact with families and stakeholders.
• Conduct facility tours and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Ensure efficient clinic operations including scheduling, documentation, and service delivery.
• Monitor and improve processes to optimize workflow and client outcomes.
• Oversee safety protocols for staff and clients.
• Recruit staffing and referral flow to maintain optimum center operation.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and enforce safety practices.
• Provide emergency direct care as needed.
• Lead internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
