Job summary

Global Behavior Education Alliance, LLC in Tennessee seeks a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day clinical, administrative, and financial functions, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance while driving strategic growth.

You will manage scheduling, documentation, safety, budgets, and staff development, partnering with leadership to maintain a patient-centered approach for families and clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in operations management, sales or other management experience required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Suite, and with systems used to track organizational performance metrics
• Previous ABA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership aligned with GBE’s mission and values
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies
• Motivate and manage BT/RBT and other employees
• Act as lead client-care officer through direct contact with families and stakeholders
• Conduct facility tours and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Ensure efficient clinic operations including scheduling, documentation, and service delivery
• Monitor and improve processes to optimize workflow and client outcomes
• Oversee safety protocols for staff and clients
• Recruiting, staffing, and referral-flow strategy to keep the center operating at optimum levels
• Uphold cleanliness standards and oversee emergency direct care
• Ensure adherence to licensing and accrediting standards
• Lead internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Approve departmental budgets and expenses
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure fiscal health of the center
• Ensure proper onboarding and ongoing staff training
• Support crisis intervention and adherence to medication policies
• ABA technician reports flow to Operations Director; Operations Director to VP of Operations
