Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced Operations Lead to drive on-site operational excellence across Microsoft Secure Operations Centers (SOCs) in support of Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud services.

You will lead a 24x7 operation, oversee workforce planning and performance metrics, and partner with customers and stakeholders to deliver mission-critical outcomes with a strong focus on continuous improvement and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing operations, programs, projects, or service delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day operations leader for multiple workstreams.
• Ensure 24x7x365 coverage across all locations.
• Monitor performance, health, and resource utilization against SLAs.
• Drive process improvements and automation to raise efficiency.
• Lead incident readiness and response for critical disruptions.
