Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced professional to manage Azure Operations within a 24x7 cloud-based environment. You will own shifts, coordinate incident response, and serve as SME for Azure, AAD, and Office365 across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 4–6 years in IT with at least 2 years in supervision, and a strong track record in incident resolution and queue management. US citizenship and security clearances may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience supporting a 24x7 cloud-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain shift schedules to support all program workflows.
• Review PTO and callout requests; coordinate overtime as needed.
• Ensure coverage across workstreams during assigned shift.
• Serve as escalation contact for incidents and ticket queues.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and guidance across Azure/AAD/Office365.
