We are adding the third member to our New Business Development team to support the Southern California growth plans providing services for Intellectually Disabled individuals.

We are searching for the Southern California Operations lead.

This role involves starting services in the Southern California area. It is office-based, requiring frequent travel and overnight stays depending on the location.

Job Description:

Establishing new locations that may require long or overnight stays. Assisting training managers and direct care staff to provide top-level customer service. Maintaining excellent relations with Regional Center staff. Partnering with recruiters to facilitate orientations and onboarding. This position can be located in Los Angeles or Garden Grove area.
