At David AI, we're building the intelligence layer for audio AI. We're selling audio AI training data to AI labs, big tech companies, and smaller audio-focused labs.

As part of that, we're building a deep audio/collection product.

We're looking for an Operations Lead to own big chunks of the data collection process and product.

What you'll do

• Lead new/experimental audio data collection projects with no existing playbook.

• Partner w/ engineering to constantly iterate in a 0 to 1 motion, incubating something and moving it into the core pipeline.

• Work side by side with our CEO and COO to drive operational excellence and business growth.

• Identify and remove bottlenecks – optimizing everything from sourcing pipelines to data labeling processes.

This is NOT a BizOps/GTM Operations/SalesOps role. You need to be able to roll up your sleeves like an operator and work w/ engineers.
