Job summary

Sylvie Jewelry is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee invoicing, purchasing, fulfillment, and inventory management. You will build efficient workflows, ensure data accuracy, and drive operational improvements to support growth.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, with strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Jewelry industry experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end customer invoicing process, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and properly reconciled.
  • Oversee inventory management, including tracking, reporting, and maintaining inventory accuracy across all stages.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve operational systems, workflows, and documentation.
  • Reconcile invoicing, purchasing, and inventory records to ensure data integrity.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support day-to-day business operations.
  • Prepare operational reports and analyses to support informed business decisions.
  • Assist with additional business operations initiatives and projects as needed.
