Job summary

Christensen Inc. in Seattle seeks an Operations Support professional under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor.

The role handles back-end processes including inventory, accounts payable, delivery set-up and compliance, working with the office, warehouse, drivers, sales, customers, vendors and shipping companies to keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include answering phones, taking orders, invoicing, cycle counts, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with inventory analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in planning and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office functions: phones, orders, walk-ins, invoicing.
• Maintain intercompany transfer process.
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and daily tracking reports.
• Process accounts payable per coding guidelines and deadlines.
• Set up shipping for outbound orders and maintain related records.
