• Bachelor's degree in related field is required or expected.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, project coordination, or business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems including WMS quickly.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams and with 3PL partners.
• Willingness to perform hands-on inventory counts and verify locations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely coordination between internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, recounts, and warehouse location verification.
• Review inventory adjustments, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support investigation and resolution of customer inventory claims.
• Coordinate with internal departments and 3PL partners to track issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory documentation, reports, and SOPs.
• Prepare inventory reports, analyze operational data, and monitor KPIs for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and reporting processes.
