Qualifications

• Knowledge of production scheduling basics and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail in scheduling, inventory control, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations and workflow coordination.
• Update, distribute, and adjust production schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with production, quality, shipping, and other departments to ensure material availability and address changes due to design updates, engineering issues, shortages, or backlogs.
• Print routing and fabrication sheets.
• Serve as a backup to the Production Control Manager.
• Support quality initiatives, including participation in Internal Audits for the Quality Management System.
• Perform cycle counts and purchase raw materials and shop supplies.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory records.
