Job summary

KanEquip Internship Opportunities in Kansas provides an Operations Internship to develop future leaders in the agriculture equipment industry. Interns gain exposure to day-to-day operations at a KanEquip location and receive training from the Field Support Team.

Selected candidates will work on projects in parts sales, customer equipment service and equipment sales, building practical skills and understanding of KanEquip’s mission.

Job description

Purpose:

The Operations Internship will provide an opportunity for KanEquip’s future leaders to learn and grow as they gain exposure to the agriculture equipment industry during the Fall 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027. Interns will gain skills and experiences in the day-to-day operations of a KanEquip location. Interns will also receive training from our Field Support Team.

This internship will provide the opportunity to learn about parts sales, customer equipment service and equipment sales. Interns will complete impactful projects to gain an understanding of KanEquip’s mission.

Education/Experiences:

The qualified candidate will have completed at least 2 years of college course work and has significant exposure to the Midwest agriculture industry.
