Job summary

Learn our Transportation Management System, dispatch drivers, and contribute to process improvements and AI-enabled initiatives. This role develops practical trucking operations expertise and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Pursuing a degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Able to work part-time during the academic year and full-time in the summer.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate as support for daily operational activities, including learning the Transportation Management System (TMS), driver communications, and dispatch processes.
• Contribute to special projects and business initiatives focused on operational and process improvement.
• Rotate through business areas such as operations, safety, and maintenance to gain broad organizational exposure.
• Observe workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvement opportunities.
• Develop and present recommendations, including technology- or AI-enabled solutions.
• Participate in learning and development opportunities throughout the internship.
