Cardinal Health is offering a Summer Internship Program in LaVergne, TN for undergraduate students entering their senior year. The 10–12 week program provides real‑world experience, exposure to the healthcare industry, and opportunities to work on business‑critical projects alongside Cardinal Health professionals and leaders.

Interns will engage in mentoring, participate in workshops, and have a chance to interview for full‑time roles after successful completion.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field and expecting graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and improvement techniques (Lean Six Sigma preferred).
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes.
• Document and present solutions to site leadership to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance and productivity.
• Assist and collaborate with leaders in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc.
• Support daily warehouse operations and optimize workflow to increase productivity.
• Process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Analyze KPI data and design workflows to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Identify reporting needs and develop data visualization tools to analyze metrics.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
