Job summary

Polaris Inc. is offering a 12-week Operations Internship designed for emerging juniors and seniors seeking a career in a global powersports leader.

Interns will join one team such as Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing, Materials Flow & Logistics, or Lean Manufacturing, and work on impactful projects with mentorship and development activities. The program includes mentorship, dedicated learning sessions, networking, and an Innovation Challenge, with relocation assistance for eligible candidates

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must commit to a full 12-week internship, 40 hours per week.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work on impact project-based assignments within one of our teams (e.g., Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics, Quality, New Product Introduction, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management).
• Participate in mentorship, programming hours, networking, and the Internship Innovation Challenge.
• Deliver final presentations to Polaris leadership at internship end.
