Job summary

Polaris Inc. offers a 12-week paid Engineering Internship for rising juniors and seniors pursuing a career in powersports. Interns work on project-based assignments across Design, Project, Systems, and Test/Development Engineering with placement options in Roseau, MN; Wyoming, MN; Huntsville, AL; San Angelo, TX; Novi, MI.

You will receive mentorship, programming hours, networking, and opportunities to engage in a final presentation to senior leaders, plus relocation assistance if eligible.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering with a graduation date between Aug 2027–May 2029.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Able to complete a 12-week internship at 40 hours per week within specified dates.
• Willing and able to relocate.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reliable transportation for daily commuting.

Responsibilities

• Engage in mentor-supported, project-based assignments across Design, Project, Systems, and Test/Development Engineering.
• Experience multiple facets of engineering on longer and shorter projects throughout the summer.
• Be placed into a team based on interest and business needs and contribute to team objectives.
• Participate in intentional programming and professional development offerings.
