Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a curious, driven Operations Intern to join our team for Summer 2026.

This internship is designed for college students who want hands‑on exposure to how a growing insurance organization operates behind the scenes—from producer onboarding and process improvement to reporting, technology and cross-functional team support. Role responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, partnering with underwriting and operations on projects, and contributing to

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree; relevant field helpful.
• Graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Learn how DUAL partners with producers and supports document collection for business.
• Build reports, dashboards, and metrics to improve visibility and workflows.
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations on day-to-day projects.
• Contribute to process improvement and technology initiatives, incl. Salesforce updates.
• Gain hands-on exposure to insurance operations while developing business and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in team meetings and take on additional projects to support the Operations team.
