Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a curious, driven Operations Intern to join our San Diego team for Summer 2026.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to how a growing insurance organization operates behind the scenes—from producer onboarding to process improvement, reporting, technology, and cross-functional support. You will build reports and dashboards, collaborate with underwriting and operations, and gain practical business, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028 is preferred.
• Able to organize tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn how DUAL partners with producers and supports document collection for business with DUAL North America.
• Help build reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for visibility into progress and trends.
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations on day-to-day projects and follow-up activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and technology initiatives, including Salesforce-related updates and user support.
