Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Intern to join our team for the Summer program in San Diego. The role offers hands‑on exposure to how a growing insurance organization operates behind the scenes, from onboarding to reporting and cross‑functional support.

You will help build reports and dashboards, collaborate with underwriting and operations, and contribute to process improvements while developing practical business and communication skills in a fast‑paced, people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Learn how DUAL partners with producers and supports the collection, organization, and review of documents needed to do business with DUAL North America.
• Help build reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for visibility into progress and trends.
• Partner with underwriting and operations on day‑to‑day projects and follow‑up activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and technology initiatives, including Salesforce‑related updates and user support.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to how a growing insurance organization operates and develop business, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Participate in team meetings, ask questions, and take on additional projects for the broader Operations team.
