Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a curious Operations Intern for Summer 2026 in San Diego, CA. You will assist with producer onboarding, process improvement, and reporting workflows to support a growing insurance organization.

You'll collaborate with underwriting and operations, build dashboards, and gain exposure to technology tools like Salesforce. Ideal candidates are students graduating 2027–2028 and comfortable with office software, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a team-driven,

Qualifications

Currently studying toward an undergraduate or graduate degree.
Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to take ownership and follow through.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Able to sit/stand as required (stationary 50% of time).

Responsibilities

Learn how DUAL partners with producers and supports document collection for business.
Build reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
Support underwriting and operations on day-to-day projects.
Contribute to process improvement and technology initiatives, incl. Salesforce updates.
Gain hands-on exposure to how an insurance organization operates.
Participate in team meetings and take on additional projects.
