Responsibilities

• Learn how DUAL partners with producers and supports the collection, organization, and review of documents needed to do business with DUAL North America.
• Help build reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for visibility into progress and trends.
• Partner with underwriting and operations teams on day-to-day projects, research, and follow-up activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and technology initiatives, including Salesforce-related updates and user support.
• Gain hands-on exposure to how a growing insurance organization operates behind the scenes while building business and communication skills.
• Participate in team meetings and take on additional projects to support the broader Operations team.
