Job summary

TK Elevator seeks an experienced Sr. Operations Intelligence & AI Specialist in Atlanta, GA to advance operations intelligence, embedded analytics, and agentic automation across Field Service, Branch Operations, Call Centers, Sales Support, and Shared Services.

You will design AI-powered decision and execution solutions to improve productivity, standardization, and decision quality enterprise-wide. The role requires 5-8+ years in operations intelligence or related fields, collaboration with IT

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in operations intelligence, data science, advanced analytics or intelligent automation
• Experience embedding analytics and automation into operational workflows
• Strong ability to translate complex problems into scalable decision models and automated workflows
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered decision models for work assignment, dispatch, and capacity planning
• Create AI-enabled automation that guides decisions and orchestrates actions across enterprise systems
• Embed intelligence into operational workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual work
• Partner with IT, Product, and Process Excellence to scale AI-first solutions across multiple ops functions
