Job summary

Timberland Seamless Gutters is seeking an Operations Manager (Integrator) to orchestrate scheduling, materials, and costing so every job stays on track. Youll be the engine behind everything after a sale, ensuring production calendars are kept, vendor relationships are managed, and weekly reports are produced.

You will own the production calendar, manage vendor relationships, run job costing and invoicing, and empower the field crew with clear packets and timely CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, scheduling, dispatch, office management, or project coordination.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, self-managed, and accountable.
• Located within driving distance of Loyal, WI.
• Comfortable learning and owning software systems (Jobber, QuickBooks, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs and manage the production calendar.
• Order materials and manage vendor relationships.
• Run the numbers — job costing, invoicing, and weekly reports.
• Keep our systems organized and our crew set up to win.
• Build and maintain the production schedule so every sold job gets installed on time.
• Track job costs, margins, and weekly performance numbers for the owner.
• Manage customer scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up in our CRM (Jobber).
• Prepare clear job packets so the install crew has everything they need before they roll out.
• Handle invoicing follow-up and keep accounts receivable current.
• Document and improve processes so the business runs on systems, not memory.
• Highly organized — you love checklists and hate loose ends.
• Clear communicator with customers, vendors, and crew.
