Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Texas is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage front-end operations and infrastructure to support optimal factory performance. The role ensures accurate daily tasks, including sales orders, communication with customers and suppliers, production scheduling, and supply chain coordination.

You will collaborate with the Buyer, Customer Service Manager, and Pre-Press Assistant to keep front-end operations running smoothly, take ownership of daily activities,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in business or related field.
• Familiarity with organizational workflows and SOPs is expected.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders; English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production scheduling and communicate activities to meet deadlines.
• Assist in building job specs, BOMs, and production operations details.
• Monitor supply chain activities and flag cost, quality, or reliability concerns.
• Process accurate sales orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Serve as point of contact for customers on job status and inquiries.
• Support ERP and production software in day-to-day use.
• Coordinate with Buyer, Customer Service Manager, and Pre-Press Assistant.
• Own daily operational activities and respond to urgent issues.
• Track KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities.
