Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs and manage the production calendar
• Order materials and manage vendor relationships
• Run the numbers - job costing, invoicing, and weekly reports
• Keep our systems organized and our crew set up to win
• Build and maintain the production schedule so every sold job gets installed on time
• Order gutters, downspouts, guards, and materials against upcoming jobs - zero delays
• Track job costs, margins, and weekly performance numbers for the owner
• Manage customer scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up in our CRM (Jobber)
• Prepare clear job packets so the install crew has everything they need before they roll out
• Handle invoicing follow-up and keep accounts receivable current
• Document and improve processes so the business runs on systems, not memory
• Highly organized - you love checklists and hate loose ends
• Strong follow-through; when you say it's handled, it's handled
• Comfortable with software and spreadsheets (CRM experience a plus)
• Clear communicator with customers, vendors, and crew
• Able to juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping any
