Job summary

Catalyst Institute, Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead new organization implementations and manage ongoing projects in support of its mission.

You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery within budget, and act as a liaison among internal and external stakeholders. The role requires driving change, facilitating problem solving discussions, and expanding project management capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years in a project management role with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cross-functional engagements; set scope, deadlines, responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Develop project plans from concept to completion; identify tasks needed.
• Prepare and present reports; perform risk management and status communications.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Communicate roles and expectations with subject matter experts; manage expectations.
