Job summary

The Phoenix Group is seeking a Project Manager to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and lead high-priority programs, special projects, product initiatives, and operational improvements across the company.

This role requires turning ambiguous problems into structured plans, coordinating across Operations, Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Customer Experience, and other teams to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs from concept to completion.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable programs.
• Strong program management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and tech teams.
• Experience building processes, dashboards, or internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs and projects from concept to execution with clear milestones.
• Partner with the COO to translate priorities into actionable programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage risks and blockers.
• Support internal AI platform product strategy, including roadmaps and backlog.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders with clear requirements.
• Develop scalable workflows and SOPs; build KPI dashboards.
• Analyze data and present executive briefings and recommendations.
• Transition initiatives into sustainable operations.
