The ideal candidate has at least ten years of relevant experience, PMP certification, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US federal security clearance. Public Trust clearance is required; US citizenship is mandatory.

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our growing team in support of our federal program. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies and contribute to impactful, mission‑critical initiatives.
- Lead the development of program specifications and operational strategies.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, performance, and quality objectives.
- Implement operational mission requirements.
- Perform requirements analysis, information analysis, and cost‑benefit analyses.
- Support clients in achieving program goals and objectives.
- Coordinate multiple projects to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide status updates and briefings to CG ASC senior leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage junior consultants.
- Provide support and expertise in assigned domain.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Special projects as needed.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop staff.
- Expertise in program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, including requirements analysis and cost‑benefit analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing executive‑level briefings and status reports.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven federal government environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in program and project management, talent acquisition, facilitation, program management toolset implementation, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting U.S. federal government agencies.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience developing program specifications, operational plans, and strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects while ensuring compliance with schedule, performance, and quality objectives.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff or consultants.
- Demonstrated success presenting project updates, recommendations, and briefings to senior executives or government leadership.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required government security clearance, if applicable.
- Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, client‑focused environments.
- Experience supporting federal programs preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution

- The likely salary range for this position is $160k-$200k.
Salary range reflects our commitment to pay equity and transparency. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, certifications, labor qualifications, geographic location and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
