Job summary

Brooks Instrument, headquartered in Hatfield, PA, is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the Operations, Materials, and Human Resources functions. You will be the primary liaison between production staff and HR, helping with benefits navigation, payroll processes, and training administration across production and non-production areas.

You will handle employee communications, timekeeping, and inventory-related tasks, while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in HR records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree preferred in business admin, HR, ops mgmt or supply chain.
• 3+ years of admin experience in HR/ops/manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, ERP, or inventory mgmt software preferred.
• Experience maintaining confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between production employees and HR.
• Assist with time and attendance, payroll processes, benefits resources, and training requirements.
• Help employees access benefits and HR platforms and resources.
• Direct questions to HR representative as needed.
• Communicate questions and concerns to HR and follow up.
