Job summary

Brooks Instrument, a division of ITW, seeks an Operations Administrator at its Hatfield, PA headquarters. The role supports Operations, Materials, and Human Resources, handling records, onboarding, benefits access, and purchasing processes.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills and experience with HRIS/ERP systems. The position requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred in business, HR, operations, supply chain or related field.
• Three or more years of administrative experience in HR, operations, materials, inventory control, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly production or hourly employees is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Operations, Materials, and Human Resources functions.
• Serve as liaison between production employees and HR, handling documentation and system access.
• Assist with onboarding, training records, benefits enrollment, and policy inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information and manage data entry.
• Create and track purchase requests, inventory records, and supplier communications.
