Job summary

Brooks Instrument in Hatfield, PA, seeks an IT Systems Analyst to maintain and enhance enterprise applications across operations, sales, and engineering. You will administer core systems, support integrations, and drive continuous improvement for platforms such as a SQL-based app, Infor CPQ, and Teamcenter.

The role partners with IT peers and vendors, handling configuration tasks, troubleshooting, data flows, and user enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or related field – OR – Comparable enterprise systems experience.
• 3–5+ years’ experience with SQL and stored procedures.
• 3–5+ years’ experience supporting enterprise business applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core business applications and databases, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Configure settings, roles, permissions, metadata, and workflow elements.
• Support system upgrades, patching, enhancements, and feature rollouts.
