• Recruiting and hiring for warehouse, transportation, office, and other positions.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information.
• Support workers' compensation administration and incident documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Provide HR coverage when the HR Manager is unavailable.
