• Two years strong food prep and line experience.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations while enforcing all policies and standards.
• Supervise shifts and support the General Manager in daily duties.
• Coach and develop service managers and frontline staff.
