Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the team. You will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive stock, and manage inventory across site operations and kitchen areas when applicable.

Responsibilities include replenishing shelves, handling goods safely, and coordinating substitutions with customers. This role requires standing for shifts and lifting up to 49 pounds, with a willingness to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and prevent spoilage.
• Communicate with customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Assist with food/beverage preparation and packaging for delivery.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
