Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, you will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive inventory, and coordinate with partner drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, following FIFO, and keeping the facility clean and organized. You may work in freezer areas and lift up to 49 pounds, with shifts that cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Proficient with basic web-based software (Google G-Suite).
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Communicate with customers for substitutions or OOS items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, dollies and other equipment.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items per recipes.
• Ensure accuracy of food/bev packaged for delivery.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Receive/put away orders; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain Kitchen Facility organization and standards.
