Job summary

OG in Wisconsin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own full-cycle recruitment and partner with Operations leaders to build high-performing teams. You will assess workforce needs, source top talent, conduct interviews, and guide candidates from offer to onboarding in an onsite manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes data-driven hiring strategies, employer branding, and early-talent pipeline development, with strong collaboration across HR and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management (or related field) required
• 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HR databases/systems
• Familiarity with job boards and HR software
• Willingness to grow professionally and participate in training
• 100% onsite in a manufacturing facility
• Flexible schedule to support Operations

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders to identify workforce needs and deliver hiring goals
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for diverse roles from sourcing to hire
• Track and analyze recruiting, compensation and turnover metrics
• Build and publish compelling job postings to attract candidates
• Screen resumes, assess qualifications, and conduct interviews
• Plan and represent the company at hiring events and career fairs
• Develop early-talent programs to build pipelines
• Provide general HR support and respond to employee questions
• All other duties as assigned
