Job summary

ACC Management Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruiting life cycle and drive talent acquisition across property and corporate teams in Oshkosh, WI.

You will develop and lead the recruitment strategy, collaborate with hiring managers, and oversee onboarding processes while building a strong employer brand through social media and networking. Hybrid work options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process (highly preferred).
• Strong sourcing instincts and comfort with applicant tracking tools like Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with hiring and recruitment laws and best practices.
• Paylocity experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute the recruitment strategy, processes, and metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers across property and corporate teams on sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Lead onboarding experience from orientation curriculum to hiring manager guidance.
• Create and schedule recruitment social media content highlighting open roles and communities.
• Build lasting networking relationships with colleges, community organizations, and industry groups.
• Travel to various locations for interviews and job fairs (minimal).
