Responsibilities

• Promote safety first in all actions
• Assist in hiring and training operations staff and drivers
• Provide direction to operations associates, drivers and technicians
• Manage processes and corresponding systems
• Prioritize loads for timely delivery
• Coordinate with fleet managers on load assignments
• Handle paperwork and reports
• Communicate with customers per requirements
• Support business development managers as needed
• Oversee CSC operations in manager's absence
