United Petroleum Transports Inc in Wichita, KS seeks an experienced CSC Manager to lead daily operations of the service center, ensure safety, productivity and profitability, and drive continuous improvement across drivers, shop and support staff.

You will forecast, budget, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with sales and business development to grow customer relationships. Travel as needed and maintain regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies.

Formación

• Minimum of Seven years of managerial experience in transportation industry.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, federal and state standards, OSHA Laws, Hazardous Materials Regulations.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and precise manner in written and oral communications with all levels and in various settings.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams).
• Experience in bulk transport services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain DOT regulatory, and company Safety Policy compliance.
• Develop, communicate KPIs to upper management relative to the Terminal Manager's scope of responsibilities.
• Develop, maintain, and exceed fiduciary budgets.
• Oversee safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
• Provide direction to drivers, fleet managers, shop supervisors, technicians, and customer service representatives.
• Assist business development managers in identifying, acquiring, and retaining customers.
• Submit financial and operational reports and action plans as required.
