Job summary

You will lead the Distribution Center's administrative staff, analyze monthly financials, control expenses, and participate in AR processes while collaborating with the Finance Manager and local leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of relatable experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience
• GED with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Master's Degree or CPA

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff at the local Distribution Center
• Monitor internal control environment compliance and identify gaps for local management team including Finance Manager and assist in remediation
• Coordinate all general administrative activities for Operations and Sales teams
• Monitor and collaborate with management team in the analysis of monthly financial reports and control operating expenses with potential savings opportunities
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) efforts, i.e., Sales charge backs, AR write offs, Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) check
• Support the mail check process for customer refunds
• Other duties as assigned
