Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider, seeks a District Sales Manager in California. You will drive sales priorities, manage budgets and P&L, and lead channel and pricing strategies across stores and local chains.

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, coach the sales team, and implement promotions. This role requires lifting 25–50 pounds regularly and a strong retail leadership background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• The District Sales Manager executes all sales priorities and initiatives including managing budgets and profit & loss statements.
• Oversee implementation of marketing agreements, ensure calendar promotions compliance, and execute channel, packaging, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with accounts by regular interactions with retail store level and local chain leaders, providing market feedback to sales leadership.
• Foster a culture of learning by coaching team members to execute engagement initiatives and build the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
