Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Business Manager in Oceanside, CA to support Operations and Sales with administrative and financial analysis. The role ensures compliance with company policies while providing timely accounting and reporting support.

Responsibilities include supervising administrative staff at the local DC, monitoring controls, managing AR activities, and assisting in general administrative tasks for the teams. A strong accounting mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/ GED with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff at the local Distribution Center.
• Monitor internal control environment compliance and identify gaps for local management team including Finance Manager and assist in remediation.
• Coordinate all general administrative activities for Operations and Sales teams.
• Monitor and analyze monthly financial reports and control operating expenses with potential savings opportunities.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) efforts, e.g., Sales charge backs, AR write offs, NSF checks.
• Support the mail check process for customer refunds.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Business Manager ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures while using analytical skills to be a resource to the Operations and Sales teams. The Business Manager provides administrative, financial support services and analysis for the Operations and Sales teams. This position accurately and in a timely manner, supports internal administration and adherence to proper accounting and reporting procedures.

Position Responsibilities

• Support the mail check process for customer refunds
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of relatex expreince and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
