Job summary

Siemens Energy in Houston, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst to support AGT PCC with financial governance, commercial project management, and operational financial performance across the organization.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and the Repair & Overhaul Center in Montreal, developing cost models for Power Turbine activities and supporting New Units projects from proposal to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, commerce, or business administration.
• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or controlling.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI and related financial tools.
• Experience in operations finance, inventory management, or project-based manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, Operations, Procurement and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial governance models and cost transparency for AGT PCC.
• Support WIP reviews and inventory-related financial activities.
• Provide commercial project management support for AGT New Units projects from proposal to execution.
• Assist in cost estimates for Power Turbine build and repair standards for sales bids.
• Analyze vendor pricing trends and assist in procurement finance and cost management.
• Lead resolution of invoice and EDI discrepancies and monthly balance sheet reviews.
