- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Experience in cost controlling and financial planning.
- Ability to partner with operations and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead factory cost controls by maintaining standard costs in ERP and analyzing variances.
- Monitor manufacturing and operational performance to improve cost efficiency.
- Support budgets, forecasts, and financial modeling for the factory.
- Provide financial insights to Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance leadership.
- Analyze inventory, overhead, labor and material spend for optimization.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve reporting across the plant.
