Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Team Lead Project Management Finance – EPC Projects to guide a team of Commercial Project Managers across North America. You will lead financial planning, revenue recognition, and cash flow management through the project lifecycle, partnering with PM, Engineering, Procurement, and executive leadership to ensure contractual compliance and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, PoC/IFRS knowledge, and experience with SAP and BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
8+ years in Commercial Project Management, Project Finance, or related project-based finance, preferably EPC/energy/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Commercial Project Managers, fostering high performance and development.
Provide commercial leadership for large EPC substation and Data Center projects, including forecasting and cash flow management.
Identify commercial risks and opportunities, ensure contractual compliance, and support negotiations.
Lead monthly closes, project reviews, and portfolio performance reporting for senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address delivery challenges and changes.
Drive improvements in forecasting, governance, and standardized processes.
