Job summary

Siemens Energy's AGT Operational Planning team seeks a S&OP Master Planner to coordinate the master plan for aeroderivative gas turbine production and service across locations. You will balance evolving customer demand with capacity and operational constraints in collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in master planning, production planning, or S&OP within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a feasible global plan aligned with demand forecasts, capacities, bottlenecks and material availability
• Prepare S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) reports presenting clear, data-driven scenarios and trade-offs
• Identify supply-demand imbalances, capacity constraints, and material risks. Work with local capacity owners and master planners to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align priorities and execution plans
• Monitor and improve key S&OP performance indicators (Customer On-Time Delivery, schedule adherence, inventory health, capacity utilization)
• Support continuous improvement by refining planning assumptions, processes, and data accuracy
