Job summary

Allied Power Group in Houston, TX seeks a Contract Performance Manager to lead long-term service programs for combustion turbines. You will own outage planning, parts logistics, and RDS coordination as the primary customer contact.

Requires 7+ years in heavy-duty gas turbines or similar outages, a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, and proven cross-functional coordination with Field Services, Repairs, Parts, and Engineering to meet program commitments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, maintenance, or program/outage management for heavy-duty gas turbines and related equipment.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing long-term service agreements and outage planning cycles.
• Strong project scheduling, written reporting, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for APG and Owner under the Agreement, maintaining professional conduct.
• Coordinate with Field Services, Repairs and Parts to expedite parts and services for each Scheduled Maintenance event.
• Lead outage planning meetings and maintain detailed digital project schedules for all events.
• Coordinate staffing, crane and tools readiness, site access, and material storage requirements.
