Cadence Education is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to bolster its schools, field leadership, and the School Support Center through feedback management, reporting, and operational coordination. This role ensures the Complaints and Feedback Management Program is tracked, routed, and resolved in a timely manner, enabling cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions.

The position supports data analysis, reporting, and ongoing process improvements that enhance school support

Qualifikationen

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Requires at least three (3) years of related experience.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Aufgaben

• Administer the Complaints and Feedback Management Program across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with field leadership to monitor outstanding concerns and follow up.
• Analyze feedback data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, trackers, and summaries.
• Provide operational support to schools and field leaders with communications and resources.
• Support company-wide initiatives through data collection, reporting, surveys, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects with deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain operational documentation and drive process improvements across the organization.
