Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree with 4+ years in a similar role or a HS diploma with 6+ years in a lead role.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communications, presentation, and networking abilities.
• Proficient in PC software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of Symitar core systems.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and optimize onboarding of new unions and track KPI metrics.
• Serve as operational liaison for products and tools for union partners.
• Develop and manage union contract strategy and related processes.
• Travel to in-person events to promote the credit union and support members.
